Is any way to make all points at edge fully visible (Picture 1) ?
I've tried to add a Margin to my LineSeries, and that work, but the points are no more aligned with the ticks and Axis lines (Picture 2)
Then adding same margin to axes, but ticks are no more aligned with the Axis lines (Picture 3)
Any idee to solve this problem ?

You will need to add dummy points at the beginning and end of your data. Adjusting the margin, as you have found out, is not a good idea because it causes the XAxis to become misaligned. Just add a double.NaN point at the start of your data and at the end of your data. The chart will ignore those points but it will still consider them when rendering the line. This will make your data fit fully in view.

For similar problem at top and bottom, using a ValueOverlay collapsed has solved that Problem...

For the top and bottom, you should be able to just set the MinimumValue and MaximumValue on the NumericYAxis to add a bit more space. Although maybe for your scenario the ValueOverlay is a better option. It depends on whether you currently control the min/max yourself or you let the chart control it for you.
