Chrome version Version 62.0.3202.62 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Using a WebDataGrid, load it upon page load. There are rows in the grid but they are not visible. If you zoom in or out then the rows appear.
Noticed it today when chrome updated
Was working until latest upgrade to chrome.
Duplicated using 17.1.20171.2001
Same problem here. Adding a visibility: visible to an .igg_Control table CSS class as shown below fixes it for us. (replace xxxxx with the name of your theme or set blank if using Default theme)
.igg_xxxxxControl table{ visibility: visible; /* fix issue with grids not being visible in Chrome */}
Not sure if this breaks other things, especially if you are hiding / showing grids, but this problem just rendered all our production sites unusable from Chrome so it had to be done.
Thank you, Ray!
This is a working temp fix for us. A little scary not knowing the full impact but at least our users don't think everything is gone from their database!
Infragistics, an update on where the investigation is at would be very helpful.
Thank you.
Hello everyone,
Currently the bug is being investigated and we can confirm that it is reproducible on Chrome 62.0.3202.62 on Windows 10 v1703(Build 15063.674) (latest update).
It seems the Chromium team has pushed several patches which affect the way visibility rendering is performed on tables, table rows and column groups in the browser.
We're currently investigating the effects on the WebDataGrid.
In the meantime as a workaround for the problem you may use this style snippet in your page:
.igg_Control table { border-collapse: separate; visibility: initial; } [Default WebDataGrid theme]
.igg_{ThemeName}Control table { border-collapse: separate; visibility: initial; } [When using one of the other themes]
Feel free to contact me for additional information.
I have a case put in as well but I want to make sure it's routed to the correct group. I have priority support.
