Simple UltraDropDownButton with code sample

Hello,

Even though I've looked around the forum about creating a simple UltraDropDownButton with simple list of elements and an event at "SelectionChange"(whatever is the formal name), I have a hard time at following the setup/use logic with the code that's needed to setup such simple control filled programmatically,
so… a link or comment about a code sample and step-by-step explanation and how to implement everything would be appreciated.
