
All the remaining widgets in the dashboards will use the same sample spreadsheet.
This section will cover the following widgets:
The A/R Aging Distribution widget diplays the aging distribution for the Accounts Receivable for a 2-year period in a stacked area chart.
Click the blue "+" button in the bottom right corner of your dashboard and select "Finance Dashboard" under "Dashboard Data".
In the Widget Editor, drag and drop the "Week Ended" field into Rows and "Current", "31-60", "61-90" and "91+" into Values.
Click "Week Ended" in the pivot table and change the Date Aggregation to "Day".
Then, open the Visualizations pane by clicking the chart icon in the right menu.
Click the Stacked Area Chart icon to match the sample dashboard’s visualization.
You can also change any of the visualization’s settings, including the colors in the stacked chart, by clicking the wrench icon in the right-hand menu.
Change your widget’s title to "A/R Aging Distribution" by clicking the gears icon in the right menu and accessing the General settings for the dashboard.
Once you have finished editing the widget, click the Done button in the top left corner to return to the dashboard editor.
The A/R by Ledger widget displays the Accounts Receivable for a company by ledger for a 2-year period in a stacked column chart.
Click the blue "+" button in the bottom right corner of your dashboard and select "Finance Dashboard" under "Dashboard Data".
In the Widget Editor, drag and drop the:
Ledger field into Columns.
Week Ended field Rows.
Total field into Values.
Click "Week Ended" in the pivot table and change the Date Aggregation to "Day".
Then, open the Visualizations pane by clicking the chart icon in the right menu.
Click the Stacked Column Chart icon to match the sample dashboard’s visualization.
After adding your date filters, you should be seeing the following visualization:
In our initial widget, the ledgers are automatically ordered alphabetically in ascending order (A-Z). The sample dashboard, however, displays the ledgers in descending order (Z-A). In order to change this:
Click the Ledger field in the Columns placeholder of the Pivot Table.
Under Sorting, click "Desc" (descending).
Your visualization will now look like the following:
Change your widget’s title to "A/R by Ledger" by clicking the gears icon in the right menu and accessing the General settings for the dashboard.
Once you have finished editing the widget, click the Done button in the top left corner to return to the dashboard editor.

Click the blue "+" button in the bottom right corner of your dashboard and select "Finance Dashboard" under "Dashboard Data".
In the Widget Editor, drag and drop the:
Week Ended field into Columns.
Ledger field into Rows.
Total field into Values.
Then, open the Visualizations pane by clicking the chart icon in the right menu.
Click the Doughnut Chart icon to match the sample dashboard’s visualization.
