I had to create a work-around and loop through the rows after loading the data.

The real problem:

Any cell value set in Row Initialize cannot be updated in code.  It looks like it's binding the cell value.

If a cell value is set during Row Initialize, it cannot be changed in code.  Is this expected?

If I set the value of this unbound column in the Initialize Row event, it cannot be changed. 

Also, if I set it to the value of another column, it creates a binding.  If I change the value of that other column, it updates the value of this unbound column.

Unexpected and strange.

I'm figuring it out.  It's unbound, but acting like it is bound.
