Adding font-size property to your attached html does in fact change the font size by using Wingdings font converter. Try inspecting the numbers in Chrome devtools.

<div class="container" style="float: left; font-family: 'Germania One', cursive;">
        <div class="row">
          <div class="col">
            <img src="forca.png" alt="">
            <p style="font-size:2em">2</p>
          </div>
          <div class="col">
            <img src="destreza.png" alt="">
            <p style="font-size:2em">3</p>
          </div>
          <div class="col">
            <img src="agilidade.png" alt="">
            <p style="font-size:2em">2</p>
          </div>
          <div class="col">
             <img src="inteligencia.png" alt="">
            <p style="font-size:2em">8</p>
          </div>
          <div class="col">
            <img src="resistencia.png" alt="">
            <p style="font-size:2em">4</p>
          </div>
          <div class="col">
            <img src="fe.png" alt="">
            <p style="font-size:2em">2</p>
          </div>
          <div class="col">
            <img src="carisma.png" alt="">
            <p style="font-size:2em">4</p>
          </div>
        </div>
      </div>
