How can I populate different data lists for same comboeditor for different values

I have the fileds already configured whether they are text or list. So based on that the corresponding column should be text box or a list with checkbox. I thought of using ultrawindeditor but how to change the layout in runtime.. or any other solution??

say as example in image provided filed 1 is configured as text and filed2 is configured as list. so on load of this ultragrid its corresponding columns should be as text box and list with checkboxes
