Hello,

The most recent versions of our products (v10.3) are available for trial download from our website.  This would give you access to the trial version of our assemblies, but you would have to upgrade the project to use the v10.3 assemblies.

Please note that v3.1 and v4.3 are no longer supported, as support usually goes for 3 years after the product is released.  If you are inheriting an application from another developer, you might want to upgrade the project to the latest version (v10.3).  You could also ask your manager if the company has an active license key.

I will forward your post to the developer support and sales teams.

Hello suvarnapatil,

Our dlls are distributed with the product.  Do you have v3.1 and v4.3 installed on your computer?  If so, the dlls should be available in a location similar to the following path:

C:\Program Files\Infragistics\[Product Name and Version]\[Platform]\[CLR Version]\Bin

If the product is not installed, but you have a license and registered the product, it should be available for download in the "My Keys and Downloads" section of the website.

You can check our Product Lifecycle page for information on supported products.

Please let me know if you have any other questions about this.  I can then pass your question on to developer support.

The reason why it is put into the 'Common Files' folder is that the utility is shared between products.  For example, if I install ASP.NET and Windows Forms, I will have one copy of the utility instead of two.

Glad you found it. 🙂  Let me know if you have any other questions.

The screenshot you attached shows the C:\Program Files\Infragistics\NetAdvantage 2010.3 folder.

Could you please check the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Infragistics\NetAdvantage 2010.3 folder?

I have attached a screenshot.

Hello dornegley,

There should be a shortcut to the Version Utility in the Start menu under Start / All Programs / Infragistics / NetAdvantage 2010.3.  It's not specific to the product (ASP.NET), but to the NetAdvantage version.

You can also run it from the .exe located here:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Infragistics\NetAdvantage 2010.3\Version Utility

Please let me know if you have other questions about this.
