Dean Guida, CEO and President
Mr. Guida is CEO and President of Infragistics and was CEO and a co-founder of ProtoView Development Corporation. Mr. Guida has over 22 years experience in the technical industry and oversees all aspects of the company's business operations and corporate direction. Mr. Guida is also responsible for cultivating strategic alliances and other external relationships, as well as managing corporate financial affairs.
Prior to co-founding ProtoView in 1989, Mr. Guida served as a leading consultant for IBM Corporation where he developed a global executive information management system under OS/2 reporting all PC hardware and software sales. Before joining IBM, Mr. Guida built and implemented a groundbreaking client/server application for AIG Insurance. Mr. Guida has also pioneered development initiatives for General Electric and numerous Wall Street firms.

Steve Dadoly, COO
As the Chief Operating Officer at Infragistics, Mr. Dadoly is responsible for worldwide Sales, Internal Systems, Information Technology, and Web Development. Mr. Dadoly has been instrumental in growing the Infragistics engineering team into a globally distributed technical culture of excellence with teams located in North America, Eastern Europe, Western Europe, South America and Asia. He believes that exceptional products are created by talented, passionate people who have a shared vision and strategy for solving technical challenges and exceeding customer needs.
Prior to joining Infragistics, Mr. Dadoly was CEO and Chief Software Architect of Velocitis, a software tools company focused on design, visualization and refactoring tools for Visual Studio® .NET. He also started Probid, an internet based construction bidding service provider. Additionally, Mr. Dadoly has broad business and technical experience in the manufacturing sector. A registered professional engineer, Mr. Dadoly has over twenty-five years experience designing, developing and delivering cutting edge software.

Jason Beres, VP of Product Management, Community, and Evangelism
As the Vice President of Product Management, Community, and Evangelism, Mr. Beres spearheads customer-driven, innovative features and functionality throughout all of Infragistics' products. Mr. Beres is a Microsoft .NET MVP, a leading member of the INETA Speakers Bureau, and is the chairman of the INETA Academic Committee. He writes a monthly column for Visual Studio Magazine and is the author of numerous works including Teach Yourself Visual Studio .NET 2003 in 21 Days (Sams, 2003), and the coauthor of the Visual Basic .NET Bible (Wiley, 2001), the C# Bible (Wiley, 2002) and Silverlight 1.0 (Wrox, 2007).
Prior to joining Infragistics, Inc., Mr. Beres served as a .NET Architect and .NET Evangelist for Computer Ways, Inc., a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. Before exclusively focusing his time on .NET, Mr. Beres taught Visual Basic and Windows DNA at a Microsoft CTEC. Mr. Beres also founded the Non-Profit Ways Community which enables developers to write .NET applications for non-profit charities that are otherwise unable to afford the technology required to write real-world .NET applications. In addition, Mr. Beres also co-founded the Florida.NET Users Group.

Bill Hazard, Vice President of Engineering
As the Vice President of Engineering, Mr. Hazard leads the Infragistics Research, Development and Quality Engineering teams for all product lines. Prior to joining Infragistics, Mr. Hazard was Chief Technology Officer at Wireless Generation, an Educational services and content company dedicated to using information in the classroom to improve education. He previously served as Vice President of Engineering at register.com where he led development and architecture for their retail, wholesale and fulfillment systems. Mr. Hazard also served as Vice President of Technology for Kaplan University, where he created the technology team and systems that run Kaplan’s all-online accredited university.
He is a member of the NY CTO Club and co-founded the NYC Chapter of the International Association of Software Architects. His team won a Jolt Cola Award for software productivity for Cadre’s Teamwork for OS/2 product line.

Chris Rogers, CFO
As the Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Rogers oversees all treasury functions including investment policy and monetary controls and movement at Infragistics. Among many of his accomplishments, he led the financial team in geographical expansion to include operating companies in Europe and Japan as well as overseeing the worldwide growth of Infragistics, Inc.
Prior to joining Infragistics, Mr. Rogers served in senior financial positions from Controller to CFO for various companies such as Meridian Emerging Markets, Taratec (Patni Computer Systems), HealthAnswers and Mobil Research & Development Corp. Mr. Rogers has over 20 years of experience in the finance & human resource fields and over 15 years experience leading technology companies in efforts ranging from international mergers & acquisitions, licensing and technology transfer, and SEC reporting. Mr. Rogers is a licensed CPA, holds a Bachelors of Accounting from Texas A&M University. Mr. Rogers is actively involved in accounting issues affecting private industry. He served on the AICPA Private Company Audit Committee Toolkit Task Force and is a member of the Private Company Financial Reporting Committee which was formed by the FASB and AICPA to provide recommendations to the FASB as it sets accounting standards for privately-held enterprises.

Ed Saunders, Vice President of Worldwide Services
As the Vice President of Worldwide Services at Infragistics, Mr. Saunders is responsible for managing product training, consulting services, user experience consulting and developer support.
Prior to Infragistics, Mr. Saunders was a Vice President at BEA Systems, Inc., an enterprise infrastructure software and Web development services provider. where he created product and field operations, and support organizations. He is an expert in distributed systems, middleware products, enterprise application and transaction processing software, application server technology, database systems, and application integration. Mr. Saunders is a 25-year veteran of the high-tech industry having established professional services, pre-sales engineering, sales and technical field operations to support sales and technical teams, and programs to support domestic and international subsidiaries, partners, SIs, and ISVs.

Gary Schwartz, Vice President of Marketing
Mr. Schwartz is responsible for Infragistics World Wide Marketing. A former Visual Studio developer, Gary is a seasoned sales and marketing professional who drives lead generation and specializes in articulating technical value propositions to business audiences. Most recently he was SVP Marketing at enterprise feedback management vendor Confirmit, where he drove 300% revenue growth. Gary opened the UK territory for Informative (since acquired by Satmetrix), and held Product Management roles at MicroStrategy and Toshiba America Medical Systems. Gary holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Master's in Engineering Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Marie Berdini, Vice President of Human Resources
As the Vice President of Human Resources, Ms. Berdini leads the global human resources team, responsible for talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, development, and corporate policies and employee communications. Her most recent engagement was at Ulticom, a global telecommunications company, where she proved skilled at the innovation, strategies, and tactics that contribute to organizational growth, having formed the company’s first HR department. With over twenty years of HR experience, Marie is a seasoned professional with a track record of substantial contributions within HR and business as a whole. Marie is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Business and holds a BS in Human Resource Management.
