Dean Guida

Dean Guida, CEO and President

Mr. Guida is CEO and President of Infragistics and was CEO and a co-founder of ProtoView Development Corporation. Mr. Guida has over 22 years experience in the technical industry and oversees all aspects of the company's business operations and corporate direction. Mr. Guida is also responsible for cultivating strategic alliances and other external relationships, as well as managing corporate financial affairs.

Prior to co-founding ProtoView in 1989, Mr. Guida served as a leading consultant for IBM Corporation where he developed a global executive information management system under OS/2 reporting all PC hardware and software sales. Before joining IBM, Mr. Guida built and implemented a groundbreaking client/server application for AIG Insurance. Mr. Guida has also pioneered development initiatives for General Electric and numerous Wall Street firms.

Steve Dadoly

Steve Dadoly, COO

As the Chief Operating Officer at Infragistics, Mr. Dadoly is responsible for worldwide Sales, Internal Systems, Information Technology, and Web Development. Mr. Dadoly has been instrumental in growing the Infragistics engineering team into a globally distributed technical culture of excellence with teams located in North America, Eastern Europe, Western Europe, South America and Asia. He believes that exceptional products are created by talented, passionate people who have a shared vision and strategy for solving technical challenges and exceeding customer needs.

Prior to joining Infragistics, Mr. Dadoly was CEO and Chief Software Architect of Velocitis, a software tools company focused on design, visualization and refactoring tools for Visual Studio® .NET. He also started Probid, an internet based construction bidding service provider. Additionally, Mr. Dadoly has broad business and technical experience in the manufacturing sector. A registered professional engineer, Mr. Dadoly has over twenty-five years experience designing, developing and delivering cutting edge software.

Jason Beres

Jason Beres, VP of Product Management, Community, and Evangelism

As the Vice President of Product Management, Community, and Evangelism, Mr. Beres spearheads customer-driven, innovative features and functionality throughout all of Infragistics' products. Mr. Beres is a Microsoft .NET MVP, a leading member of the INETA Speakers Bureau, and is the chairman of the INETA Academic Committee. He writes a monthly column for Visual Studio Magazine and is the author of numerous works including Teach Yourself Visual Studio .NET 2003 in 21 Days (Sams, 2003), and the coauthor of the Visual Basic .NET Bible (Wiley, 2001), the C# Bible (Wiley, 2002) and Silverlight 1.0 (Wrox, 2007).

Prior to joining Infragistics, Inc., Mr. Beres served as a .NET Architect and .NET Evangelist for Computer Ways, Inc., a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. Before exclusively focusing his time on .NET, Mr. Beres taught Visual Basic and Windows DNA at a Microsoft CTEC. Mr. Beres also founded the Non-Profit Ways Community which enables developers to write .NET applications for non-profit charities that are otherwise unable to afford the technology required to write real-world .NET applications. In addition, Mr. Beres also co-founded the Florida.NET Users Group.

Joe Croney

Joseph Croney, Vice President of Engineering

As the Vice President of Engineering at Infragistics, Mr. Croney leads a worldwide team of exceptional engineers who are responsible for creating Infragistics' wide range of products. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Bucknell University and is currently pursuing an MBA at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Croney is a former Microsoft Program Manager who led feature teams in the MSN, Mobility, and Developer divisions. After leaving Microsoft, Mr. Croney founded Calabash Technologies, a U.S. Virgin Islands Technology start-up which successfully built and introduced a revolutionary handheld GPS Tour Guide. While CEO of Calabash, Mr. Croney also found time to share his passion for Computer Science with the next generation of technology leaders as an Advanced Placement Computer Science teacher. Mr. Croney has spoken at a wide range of events including Microsoft PDC, ASP.NET Connections, Microsoft TechEd, and the College Board’s National Convention.

Joyce Fisher

Joyce Fisher, Vice President of Talent Management

As the Vice President of Talent Management at Infragistics, Mrs. Fisher is responsible for leading all initiatives related to Infragistics' most important strategy: its people. Mrs. Fisher has held divisional and corporate HR leadership positions in the healthcare, technology and software industries. She has experience in several HR disciplines, including HR strategy, people development, recruiting and staffing, and employee benefits. In addition to her MBA, Mrs. Fisher holds Professional Certifications in Human Resources Management and Training and has completed the HR Executive Development program at UNC-Chapel Hill.

Chris Rogers

Chris Rogers, Vice President of Finance and Administration

As the Vice President of Finance and Administration, Mr. Rogers oversees all treasury functions including investment policy and monetary controls and movement at Infragistics. Among many of his accomplishments, he led the financial team in geographical expansion to include operating companies in Europe and Japan as well as overseeing the worldwide growth of Infragistics, Inc.

Prior to joining Infragistics, Mr. Rogers served in senior financial positions from Controller to CFO for various companies such as Meridian Emerging Markets, Taratec (Patni Computer Systems), HealthAnswers and Mobil Research & Development Corp. Mr. Rogers has over 20 years of experience in the finance & human resource fields and over 15 years experience leading technology companies in efforts ranging from international mergers & acquisitions, licensing and technology transfer, and SEC reporting. Mr. Rogers is a licensed CPA, holds a Bachelors of Accounting from Texas A&M University. Mr. Rogers is actively involved in accounting issues affecting private industry. He served on the AICPA Private Company Audit Committee Toolkit Task Force and is a member of the Private Company Financial Reporting Committee which was formed by the FASB and AICPA to provide recommendations to the FASB as it sets accounting standards for privately-held enterprises.

Ed Saunders

Ed Saunders, Vice President of Worldwide Services

As the Vice President of Worldwide Services at Infragistics, Mr. Saunders is responsible for managing product training, consulting services, user experience consulting and developer support.

Prior to Infragistics, Mr. Saunders was a Vice President at BEA Systems, Inc., an enterprise infrastructure software and Web development services provider. where he created product and field operations, and support organizations. He is an expert in distributed systems, middleware products, enterprise application and transaction processing software, application server technology, database systems, and application integration. Mr. Saunders is a 25-year veteran of the high-tech industry having established professional services, pre-sales engineering, sales and technical field operations to support sales and technical teams, and programs to support domestic and international subsidiaries, partners, SIs, and ISVs.

 

Sales Executives

Jack Schwinn

Jack Schwinn, Vice President of Global Enterprise Sales

As the Vice President of Global Enterprise Sales at Infragistics, Mr. Schwinn is responsible for Global Accounts and NA ROW Enterprise Sales.

Prior to Infragistics, Mr. Schwinn spent five years at Microsoft working in the global sales organization selling enterprise solutions that included network, integration, application development and collaboration solutions. During that time, Microsoft sales grew 70 percent from $23 to $39 billion. Most of the growth was seen in the enterprise market. He started his career at Programmer's Paradise, a reseller of computer hardware, software and services, where Mr. Schwinn held a number of sales and marketing management positions. Mr. Schwinn holds a BA from Muhlenberg College.

David Keuning

David Keuning, Managing Director of Infragistics Japan K.K.

Mr. Keuning heads Infragistics' operations in Japan. Prior to joining Infragistics, Mr. Keuning was a Honolulu-based consultant assisting high-tech companies wishing to do business in Japan. Mr. Keuning has held management positions in technology ventures including PacRim Marketing, Inovaware and Postcard Software. In the 20 years he has worked for technology companies, over half has been spent in Japan. Mr. Keuning spent the first five years of his career at Sony Corporation, in Tokyo, Japan, as an evangelist for new data storage and computer-related products. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in East Asian Studies from Yale University. Mr. Keuning, who was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, also speaks fluent Japanese.

Peter Lindsey

Peter Lindsey, Managing Director of Infragistics Europe

Mr. Lindsey heads Infragistics' operations in Europe. Prior to joining Infragistics Mr. Lindsey worked extensively in the software and software development tools markets. Mr. Lindsey has held positions as Managing Director of Data Junction UK Ltd., Managing Director of Programmer's Paradise U. K., and Founder and Chairman of System Science Ltd. He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors for both Falconholm International and XiWave plc. Mr. Lindsey brings his extensive personal experience as a developer, reseller and distributor to Infragistics' European operations.

Keshav Prakash

Keshav Prakash, Director of Sales, India

Mr. Prakash has over seventeen years of extensive experience in sales and marketing of Enterprise Software Solutions. Mr. Prakash comes to Infragistics from InfoVista, where he was the Regional Sales Director for the SAARC Region.

Prior to joining InfoVista, Mr. Prakash was Country Manger for Serena Software, where he built their India operation up from the ground to a team of over 15 staff consisting of sales, Professional Services, Presales, Marketing and administrative people reporting to him. Prior to joining Serena, Mr. Prakash worked for Rational Software, and for the Rational division at IBM after IBM acquired Rational. Mr. Prakash also worked for CMS Computers and Zenith Computers in various sales capacities. Mr. Prakash has been the recipient of many Sales and Sales Leadership awards over the years for his contributions to the Sales teams and customers across the Indian sub-continent. Mr. Prakash holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Mysore University and lives in Bangalore, India. Mr. Prakash enjoys reading, travelling and networking, and he is one of the active members of an association supporting the cause of underprivileged and needy children.
