What happened to 'Keys and Downloads'?

You can find all your subscription information including keys here: https://account.infragistics.com/subscriptions and you can access the downloads you are eligible for here: https://account.infragistics.com/downloads

I can’t find my license key to install the product?

For products that require license key, you can get it by going to the https://account.infragistics.com/downloads, selecting the product release version and the relevant product key will be shown there. You can also see all the product keys you have access to in the subscriptions page: https://account.infragistics.com/subscriptions

Why has my subscription number changed?

To serve you better, we have modernized our internal systems and account management portals. The subscription number has changed but you can find your old subscription number right next to the new one in the subscriptions page: https://account.infragistics.com/subscriptions
