Hi
I would like to know if it´s possible to access by code to the manual fiters you make in the ultrapivotgrid component. Take a look at the picture.
Thanks, Gorka.
Hello Gorka,
You can add or remove Columns & Rows via the public method exposed by the datasource of the WinPivotGrid. Please refer to the below sample of code, adding extra column with the click of a button:
private void ultraButton1_Click(object sender, EventArgs e) { var ds = this.ultraPivotGrid1.DataSource; ds.AxisAddHierarchyAsync(AxisType.Column, "[SportsData].[Nation]", true, ultraPivotGrid1); }
Adding Columns & Rows can be achieved via AxisAddHierarchyAsync and AxisRemoveHierarchyAsync methods. Adding and removing Measures can be done via AddMeasureAsync & RemoveMeasureAsync methods.
More information about OlapDataSource Class API reference can be found on our website.
Should you have more questions, please let me know.

Hi again
What I would like to know is if I could access dinamically to which filter is checked. Take a look to the picture please. For example, is there is a filter like [SportsData].[Nation] with 3 Nations (France, England, Portugal) and the user checks only France I need to know how can I access to which one is checked, in this case: France.checked = true, England.Checked = false; Portugal.checked = false.
Am I explaining myself correctly?
Thanks!
Currently there is no isSelected or isChecked property that comes right out of the box for WinPivotGrid. What I can suggest in order to see this functionality implemented is logging a new product idea. You can suggest new product ideas for future versions (or vote for existing ones) at www.infragistics.com/.../ideas.
More information about the currently available properties of cells can be found on the following link.
However, you can check the following property: UltraPivotGrid1.Selection. It will return an object containing collections with Cells, Rows and Columns. By iterating through the collection of Cells, if a specific cell is present in this collection, it would mean that it is Selected.
