Hello Infragistics-Support!
I've managed to perform a excel export from a XamDataGrid with the Exporter-Object.When I do this and export to the Excel 2007 file format and then open the file in Excel 2010 I get an error message.
It tells me it has found unreadable content.I've attached a screenshot of the error message.
When I say yes to restore the data excel seems to be able to restore it fully. At least I haven't found any wrong or false data.Excel has created a logfile, but there isn't much to see in that.
I don't get this when I export to the older format.
Do you have a solution for this?Is this "problem" known?
Hello Stefan,
Thank you for your reply. I checked the release notes for the latest Service Release(13.2.20132.2096) and it seems that there was a fixed issue that matches your description. You can find the release notes in the zip when download THE Service Release from our web site.
I managed to reproduce the reported error with your version of our assembly files. My suggestion is to update to the latest Service Release where this issue seems to be fixed.
Let me know, if you need any further assistance on this matter.
Hello Yanko!
This was it!!!
After updating with the newest SR for the WPF-Module the exported excel files were created normally readable.
Hint:Behind our company firewall/gateway the automatic updating doesn't work.So I have too check manually for updates.
Best regards
Stefan Schmitt
