When we set AllowUpdate="Yes" for UltraGridColumn, we are able to edit the text by double clicking it.
But my requirement is that, we need textbox by default.
I don't want to double click it.
Is there any solution?

If it meets your requirements to edit the cell on a single click, you can change the CellClickAction to be Edit. There are examples of this in the documentation for CellClickAction.
If you need a text box to always be present in the cell, then you would need to use column templates and can review the Templating section of the documentation.
