    I am not exactly following what you are asking. Our Charts don't have editable textboxes, so the question is are you asking for them to be editable? Do you already have a textbox that just happens to be above the chart, and want to set the overtype behavior on it? The former in theory can be done, on click of the chart, you would need to find the location of the current ChartTitle and display a textbox there, and on exiteditmode, remove the textbox and set the chart title. If the latter, is just selecting all on enter edit mode, be enough for what you are looking to do, do you specifically just want to toggle Insert mode?
