Hello.
I've a disabled UltraTimeLineView and I'd like to allow the user to scroll vertically when despite the value of Enabled property in the control.

There is no way to get that behavior. UltraTimelineView behaves the standard way in this regard, i.e., when disabled the control does not respond to any user interaction whatsoever.
Ok. And is there anyway to easily disable all functionality (so it looks and behave as disabled)?
