"When using CustomBinding and ExcelStyleFilter PopulateUniqueFilterValues event needs to be handled to provide the values which need to be displayed in the filtering dropdowns."

Am looking for FilterType="ExcelStyleFilter" with this.

kindly help me with this and to resolve my query.

Here is an example how you can handle the  PopulateUniqueFilterValues event:

 protected Dictionary<string, List<object>> WebDataGrid1_PopulateUniqueFilterValues(object sender)

    {

        Dictionary<string, List<object>> filterDict = new Dictionary<string, List<object>>();

        filterDict.Add("ID", new List<object>() { "1", "2", "3" });

        filterDict.Add("FirstName", new List<object>() { "Jack", "Bob", "Steve" });

        return filterDict;

    }

The method returns a Dictionary<string, List<object>> - the key is the ColumnKey and the value  is a  list of options for the Excel filter of that column. In this example, you will have 3 different options for ID and FirstName columns in the grid.

The Event is WebDataGrid1_PopulateUniqueFilterValues firing, but am unbale to see the values in Filtering Dropdown of Excel Filter.

Would you attach any sample with above code.

After adding Excel Filter i need to do a SORTING as well. (i.e., Custom Sorting for above main requirement.).
