we could not locate any support for Windows 2003 however when we load application UI then it works as expected without any error.
It interesting to note that even UI load successfully QTP automation script not able to identify windows object, please advice is it the case Infragisitcs will not work as expected on Windows 2003.
We are using 10.1 & 10.3 version for our Windows Form based application.

That`s correct. We didn`t support this OS. Also Windows 2003 is not supported from Microsoft. More details you could find http://support.microsoft.com/lifecycle/search/default.aspx?alpha=Windows+Server+2003+R2
If you have TA 10.1 and 10.3, you should use one of supported OS ( XP, Win7 ). Also it is very important what is your version of QTP and installed patches.
