I have installed the reporting extensions in Visual studio 2013 and VS 2012. When I want to create a new Report there are no Templates in the VS new Item list. Also in the templates folder in the Visual Studio 2013 folder there are no Infragistics Templates.

After further researching this issue I can suggest to follow the following blog post, in order to install the Infragistics templates for Reporting in Visual Studio 2013:
