The global date filters are selecting records with dates outside the range selected. I have attached the a test file where I have been able to reproduce the error, the attached screenshots were produced on March 30th.
I am using version 4.1.10 (4.1.1261)
1) When selecting last seven days the result is 23-Mar-2016 to 30-Mar-2016 - 8 days
2) When selecting 01-Mar-2016 to 30-Mar-2016 the result includes 29-Feb-2016
3) When selecting Month to Date the result includes 29-Feb-2016
4) When selecting Quarter to Date the result includes 31-Dec-2015
5) When selecting Year to Date the result includes 31-Dec-2015

This is the expected behavior, we query the last 7 days + Today.

This is related to a timezone issue.
