Technically, only 2013.1 and any later version control are supported in visual studio (you can access them through the toolbox). For more refer to the supported environments => http://www.infragistics.com/support/supported-environments.

However you can try to add the manually to the toolbox. Refer to the following article on how to do that => https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms165355%28v=vs.90%29.aspx
