Hello,
Just downloaded and installed Infragistics for WPF as well as the Hospital floor plan demo (available here http://www.infragistics.com/samples/wpf/application-samples).
I am trying to look at the code / xaml etc in Visual Studio 2013 as very interested in how this works (I need similar functionality but with ability to move rooms around etc - an editor equivalent).
I load the project (after installing IG for WPF) and I get the following error when loading a xampl page:
"The name BrushCollection does not exist in the namespace "http://schemas.infragistics.com/xaml".
Same for ShapeControl, BedStatusPallette , XamNumericRangeSlider , etc.
What do I need to do to get this to work?
Also - is there any documentation for the demo to explain how it works?
Thanks!
Hello Damian,
Thank you for your post.
I have been looking into it. Could you please provide me with more details when getting the errors exactly. When you run the project or when open the sample. What I can suggest is to try to clean and rebuild of whole solution, before opening any xaml page. Also check if all references point to same assemblies for Infragistics controls in properties window (Path property) for all projects in the solution.
About the documentation – this sample is created with goal to show us, how we can combine and use Infragistics control and components. What I can suggest is to visit our online documentation from the following link: http://help.infragistics.com/doc/WPF/2014.2/CLR4.0/ On the following link you can find information for each control, that is used in the sample application named Hospital Floor Demo.
Please let me know if you need any further assistance on the matter.
I am just checking if there is anything else I can do for you.
No thank you. I will hopefully get this working on a clean build soon :)
Regards,
Damian
