I am currently using infragstics controls to create a line chart, whereby a user can select from a dropdown list a server to check the CPU performance However, some processes may be run on multiple servers and therefore I would like to dynamically (from my ViewModel not code behind) show multiple line charts on one graph. However, I am unable to find any examples on how to do this and many of the tutorials found all manipulate it from the code behind.
Could you please provide a sample code on how to create multiple series dynamically.
Thanks
Hello Mehul,
Thank you for your post. I have been looking into it and I can suggest you see this articles:
http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/160892/Binding-Events-to-Methods-in-the-Silverlight-MVVM
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/11066431/mvvm-way-to-wire-up-event-handlers-in-silverlight
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/dn237302.aspx
where it is discussed how to handle events in your view model and since you already find articles on how to achieve your goal in code behind, you should be able to refactor them following the approaches from the links I suggested. Please let me know if you have further questions on this matter.
Looking forward for your reply.
