Hello. I am customizing UltraGrid for dark colors scheme, and cannot find a way to get rid of white area at the left of filter dropdown menus. (see image)

As it turns out, in order to change the background color for that area of the filter drop-down, you need to set the background color and border color for the MenuIconArea UIRole. The reason you don't get a UIRole tooltip is because there is no separate UIElement for that area of the drop-down.
