Hello,
I'm working on the formatted text editor since 3 days and if I understand correctly, the control use the <br /> tag instead of the <p> tag, so we can just align all the text instaed of the selected text.
I think that I can realize a quick stuff for add <p> tag for the selected line and then add the text alignement, but, my main problem are the space between each <p> tag.
Is there any way to change the default css style of the control for manage line spacing ?
Any help would be great
Thank you for posting in our forum.
UltraformattedTextEditor does not support for now all the CSS styles or HTML tags. However both paragraph <p> and line break <br> tags are supported. More about all supported tags you may find by following the next ling http://help.infragistics.com/Doc/WinForms/current/CLR4.0/?page=WinFormattedLinkLabel_Formatting_Text_and_Hyperlinks.html.
To set the height of the paragraph you may use style attribute and its sub-attribute Height. More about style attribute you may find by following the next link http://help.infragistics.com/Doc/WinForms/current/CLR4.0/?page=WinFormattedTextEditor_Style_Attribute.html.
Please let me know if you need any additional information.
Thanks for the reply.
Applying height on <p> tag can grow up the height of the line, but some parts stay between two paragraph.
I have trying to set a negative value to margin-bottom and it's near to my goal :
<p style="margin:auto auto -12px">Line 1</p><p style="margin:auto auto -12px">Line 2</p>
In fact, I want to align the selected text, so I must use <p> tag for.
If you have an idea for get all the the text of the current line, it can help me a lot
Thanks
