When I access document directly on my SharePlus app on my iPad they open fine. However when I move the documents into favourites and then try to open them, I get an error message stating "Unable to find a source for the selected content".
I am using the latest version of the app and the latest version of iOS
Any help on this would be much appreciated.

All I did was log into my SharePoint site on the app. then add a document to the favourites folder. I am then not able to open the document from the favourites folder and I get the error message stated earlier.
