SharePlus Login Issue

We are trying to view a new site via SharePlus v 4.1.3008. After the web login, the SharePoint site loads within the login window and now the SharePlus app.  See screenshot with some specifics blurred out. Site is on SharePoint 2010 with April 2015 CU, ADFS 2012 R2, Kerberos , Windows Authentication (Classic), Web App Proxy 2012 R2, SharePoint 2010 - April CU.  Is there a resolution for this? Thanks!

    Clarification (now should be not in the first post)

    the SharePoint site loads within the login window and not the SharePlus app
