Just displays an error if I try to access an Access 2013 Web app on a Sharepoint site.
That's a pretty important feature.
Charles,
How are you?
What do you mean by Access 2013 Web Apps? Are you trying to get into a SharePoint site?
Looking forward to hearing from you,
If you are a Sharepoint 2013 user, and have Microsoft Access 2013 installed on your pc, you can create Access 2013 Web Apps, easily.
They are just web pages, that access an SQL backend.
See: https://support.office.com/en-us/Article/What-s-new-in-Access-2013-0ab58e93-e020-4a9f-af6a-8ddb0c84455f?WT.mc_id=OAN_MSCOM-hplink-Acchelp
They are displayed in any Sharepoint site as soon as a user creates one and uploads it.
Unfortunately, they are currently invisible to your app.
It's a very commonly used tool by Sharepoint users, and gaining in popularity since it's the only way to reliably use Microsoft's new tools including Power BI.
