In APP Builder, I am having trouble dragging a component from one area of a screen to another and having it stay "put". Can you drag and drop a component to different areas of a screen and have it stay there. I get a message to "hold down

    Hello Edward,

    Yes, you can make it stay.

    I expect the message you refer to is "Press & hold Shift to detach." 

    After holding the Shift key, it may require you to move the mouse a bit, in order for the UI to suppose a new position for the component, based on the updated mouse cursor position.
