Hi,
I am using Infragistics version 11.1. I export my newly created Excel workbook via a C# MemoryStream to a file.
This works fine but If I add an .xlsx file type to the file rather than an .xls type then the file will not open reporting that it is corrupted.Is this beacuse I am using version 11?
Also, do later versions allow you to add filtering to columns or auto change field widths?

Exporting to XLSX format could be achieved with our current supported products. I believe you might consider this topic helpful.
For adding filtering to columns or auto change field widths, my suggestion is to use igGridExcelExporter.
Please note that according to our product lifecycle version 11.1 is no longer eligible for support and maintenance. What I can recommend is to upgrade to a newer version in order to take advantage of issue fixes and all new features and components that we have introduced in our latest versions.
