Unable to install Indigo Studio

When I try to install Indigo Studio it fails as shown in the image below

I have checked I can access the directory. I can delete the IndigoStudio.exe file and the installer re-creates it when I retry.

My system is Windows 7 Uktimate SP 1.

    Having run a command box as administrator and issue the .msi command from it, it installed with no problems.
