Where are dashboard file stored for ReportPlus for Desktop? I'm using the $99 individual license.

Hi Rob,
Thank you for writing to Infragistics Support!
ReportPlus Desktop stores Dashboards on Infragistics' Cloud, however, all dashboards can be exporeted as a .rplus to be placed anywhere you like. These exports already include the dashboard data sources. These data sources, however, are also stored locally by default under C:\Users\(Windows User)\Documents\ReportPlus\Dashboards Data.
At Documents\ReportPlus there is also a My Dashboards folder but that is just an option to have them stored locally.
Hoping to have clarified, please do let us know how we can assist any further.

What information is stored in the dashboard file (i.e, database structure, connection info, IDs/passwords) and what kind of security/encryption is employed on the files and cloud server? Do you have a white paper on this topic?
We currently do not have a white paper on this topic. Let me tell you what we do have:
The information included in the proprietary extension “.rplus” is for the sole purpose of putting together the charts definition included on it, and establishing the primary connection to other sources but not authenticating. Data Sources information is encrypted and stored only locally by ReportPlus Desktop. Which is why when sharing Dashboards with external Data Sources, adding such credentials is needed if opened on a different workstation. Only if agreed upon when sharing and exporting Dashboards, the .rplus file will contain its own version of the local files used by the dashboard.
Let me know please how else I can assist.
Sincerely,
Adrián.
