I understand this product is retired and not supported.  In 2008, you helped me get this control registered on Windows 7 machine and it runs fine.  I need to move it to Windows 10 now.  I registered another one of our keys on my account on your website, ran the download install, but the link to your website to preregistrar doesn't work so process can't be completed so it thinks I only have a Trial copy.

I know someone there knows what I can do.  Will you help me?
