Dropdown Scroll bar is not working inside webgrid with WARP after partial postback

I am using Dropdown for one column in my grid to update record. I have placed my grid in WARP with save button. This page comes under one master page. Master page opens content pages inside WARP. Content page grid fills as per master page data selection. First time in content page, inside grid dropdown works fine while editing cell value. When I change the master page data it partially post the page to fill the grid again. Then dropdown scroll bar and mouse selection stops working. You have only one choice to select dropdown options through keyboard.

Please fix this bug of dropdown. To reproduce this bug place grid and a button inside WRAP. To update Grid is having One column as dropdown list. At button click rebind the data grid. Now click on button. Try to scroll the dropdown in any cell. You will not be able to scroll. I am using 7.3 Version.
