RFT unable to see UltraDropDownTable when play back

Hi,

I am using IBM Rational Functional Tester 8.2 and am having issues when play back the script. The object is there, but RFT just can't see it. Recording seems fine.

Play back  worked with RFT version of 8.1.

Here's the error message;

  • exception_name = Rational.Test.Ft.ObjectNotFoundException
  • exception_message = Looking for [UltraDropDownTestObject(Name: UltraDropDownTable, Map: UltraDropDownTable)] - no plausible candidate was found.

Any ideas?

    When you have an object called html_headerbot (), that is the actual Flex object that was captured or just HTML that surrounds the flex canvas, button. . . what do you have? C9020-662 VCE

    Also what version of flex and rft are you using?

    The Eur project was compiled with the right flexible libraries ???

    I have many questions, maybe more than you, however, give me some answers and I can give you a theory.
