Hello Arulvency,
I am just checking about the progress of this issue. Let me know if you need my further assistance on this issue.
Thank you for using Infragistics Components.
Hello Michael,
Thank you for the reply.
I have created a VM using Win7 64 bit, Rft 8.2 and TestAvantage 10.3. Everything seems to work properly without any needed patches or additional configuration. So there must be something about how RFT is set up, which is causing the issue. Looking at the contents of the customization folder, it looks identical to mine, with the only difference being the presence of Old.rftop file. Can you please remove it, set the version utility to disabled and then to 10.3 CLR2 again and let me know if this fixes your issue.
If it doesn’t please provide me with the application that you are testing (or a small isolated sample that also reproduces your issue) and the script you are trying to test. This will be really helpful in finding the root cause of the issue.
I am looking forward to your reply.
When run the sample application I am getting "ObjectNotfoundException". What is the next step we need to proceed.
Please let me know the environment details (OS and other Software version details) to make the Infragistics sample application running properly.
Please reply
Thanks
Arulvency
By default, the samples are placed under the Infragistics folder in Public Documents. For Windows 7 the full path is the following:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Infragistics\TestAdvantage for Windows Forms (IBM) 2010.3\Samples
Let me know if you can record and replay tests against them.
Thanks for the email.
Answers to your questions:
1. "not recognized the objects" -> Means I able to record the object when playback it is not recognized the objects and throws the exception "Object does not exists".
2. When upgrading Windows 7, we hadn't changed anything.
3. Please provide the path where samples located in the Windows 7. We unable to find them in the C:\ProgramData\... path.
Please help me to resolve this problem as soon as possible.
