I have found a strange behavior, with column hidden and the action to move a column
Problem
When a user try to move a column at the right of a hidden column, the column cursor information is still at the beginning (before the first column) of the grid.
My sample : Test-ProblemColumnMoving
The Demo : Demo-ProblemColumnMoving
What do you think about this?

Thank you for posting in our forum.
It seems that in the sample zip file you’ve added only the solution file without the pages. Could you attach the full sample?
I’ve tested the scenario from the demo but was not able to reproduce the issue on my side. I’ve tested it with the latest service release of 12.2: 12.2.20122.2054 against IE9 and IE10. I could not tell on which version of IE you were testing it in the demo so it would be helpful if you could let me know.
I’ve attached the sample I was testing on for your reference. Let me know if perhaps I’m missing anything from your scenario.

Thank you. I was able to test the sample on my side but I didn’t encounter such an issue.
Could you let me know exactly against which version of IE you’re testing on your side?

Yes, I’ve seen the problem in the video. Also I was able to reproduce it with that version of IE.
However it seems that this issue has been resolved in the latest SR of 12.2 which at the moment is: 12.2.20122.2054.
Please upgrade to the latest SR and let me know if you still encounter any issues.
You can download the latest service release for your version by following these steps:
1) Log In with your account.
2) Select “Account”. This will open the “My keys and downloads” page.
3) Select your product from the product list.
4) Select the “Service releases” tab .
Here you will find the latest service release available for download.
Let me know if you need any further information.
Was the issue solved for you in IE8? I am on the latest release and still experiencing it.
