I have a UltraListview and it has 3 columns, the first column contains the Text and has 2 more other columns as SubItemColumns.
For the second column I want to add UltraColorPalette as the content item and in the third column i want to add the ComboBox as the content item. I set the Listview view property to Details. I have added the image of the Listview control which I am trying to build.
The GraphColor column for each row should have its own ColorPalette control similarly PlotLine column should have a ComboBox for each row.
Thank you for contacting Infragistics. I recommend using the UltraWinGrid , rather than the ListView to achieve the requirement in your screenshot. It supports embeddable editors, where a ControlContainerEditor would benefit.
Let me know if you would be interested in using the UltraWinGrid and so I can provide you more details and assistance. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
Thank you Michael. Can you give me few quick lines of code to make this possible using UltraWinGrid?
How can I achieve this at design time, if not possible during runtime.
What type of control are you planning on using to utilize the color palette? We do have a ColorPicker.
An example can be found here or below: ==> SampleColorPickerColumn.zip
Thank you Michael. But for some reason, our requirement got changed :) and I am not longer working on this implementation. I will surely get back to you in future if anything comes up.
