I would like to remove the small circle highlighted on the attached image on the ToolbarManager. Is there any setting to remove this?
Style property is set of ToolbarManager is set to Office2007.

I did some research and found other styles dosent have this small circle in the toolbarManager, so by changing the style you would be able remove it.

Yes, I too have looked at the different styles for eg ScenicRibbon, Office2010, Office 2013 styles which more or less have a similar look, but if you see all these styles including Office2007 has the File menu option which I would like to remove. I am not sure if there is any property to make it hidden
