cell text behavior difference between Win7 and Win10

It was just brought to my attention that we're seeing behavior differences with typing text into a cell of an UltraWinGrid between Windows7 and Windows10.

In windows 7 if you type past the width of the cell the text scrolls to the left so you can continue to see what it is you are typing (the last char you type stays at the right of the cell).

However in Win10 the text stays "in place" and does not scroll left.  So on a narrower cell you are not able to see what it is you are typing.

The only difference (same executable on the 2 different OSs) is the Operating System for which I am running the app.

Note:  I compiled my exe against 19.1 (19.1.2091.150) of UltraWinGrid 

Is there a property on the cell and/or column that I can check/change that will not affect behavior of Windows7?
