Activating Smartpart in UltraTabWorkspace and UltraDockWorkspace

Hi, 

 When i click on the current active smartpart of  UltraTabWorkspace or UltraDockWorkspace, SmartPartActivate event doesn't fire.

 I want SmartPartActivate event fires when i do so. How can i do that?
