When I print my ultrawingrid using ultraprintdocument, sometimes its boundries become invisible. But if I slightly change the width of some columns, it becomes visible again. Please see the attached image.

Hi Fahim,
This is a normal consequence of zooming. If you set the zoom level on the print preview to 100%, you should see the lines. And the lines should appear when you actually print.
