One columnt of my grid is binded to a string property. Actually almost all values are null. When I copy/paste such row or just a cell, I've got an error: "Can not convert DBNull to type string". Setting Column.Nullable to Nothing or EmptyString doesn't help.

If Nullable doesn't help, then that sounds like a bug to me. It may already be fixed. Try getting the latest service release:

If that does not help, perhaps you can try to duplicate the error in a small sample project and post it here so we can take a look.
