I want to apply filters on column in UltraGrid as in the below screen shot.. Please let me how it can be achieved.

The column filters are exposed via the band's ColumnFilters collection. You can index into this collection with a column key; this returns a ColumnFilter, which exposes a FilterConditions collection, to which you can add one or more FilterCondition instances.
I want to apply FilteRow as shown in above screen shot. Can you please share the sample code?
Can i apply "Filter UIType=Both Filter Row, Header Icons". Because i apply Filter Row, the Header Icons in UltraGrid's Header not displayed. Either of them is displayed.

To show the FilterRow, you just set the FilterUIType property. You cannot show both the filter row and the filter icons in the column headers. That would be redundant and the grid does not allow it.
