I am wondering if this tool can be purchased separately from the Windows forms. We are using the Windows Forms extensively and distribute the .isl file with our app. Some of our customers/resellers have expressed an interest in modifying the .isl file we distribute to allow them to customize the look and feel.
Any help would be appreciated.

AppStylist is not distributed separately. I would recommend asking your customers and resellers to download NetAdvantage for Windows Forms. A trial version is available here. AppStylist is included with full functionality.
