Reset position of customizer dialog

I have been working with 2 monitors and have had Visual Studio open in my second monitor.  When I last customised a toolbar I moved the customise dialog onto the second monitor.  Now I am working with onpy 1 monitor and the customiser is still opening as if it is on the second monitor so that I can not see it or interact with it.  This means I am unable to make the changes I want to make to my toolbars.

 Does anyone know how to reset the position of the customiser dialog so that I can see it again.

    I have managed to find the settings in the following registry key

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Infragistics\UltraWinToolbars\CustomizeDialog

    This is a bug and I would recommend submitting it to the support group: http://www.infragistics.com/gethelp. The dialog should attempt to go back to the last screen location, but if that location is not valid, it should go to a default location.
