With the use of UltraFormManager there are properties for CaptionButtonsAppearances but with UltraToolbarsManager there aren't and the use of both is not possible.
For example, I want to change the color of these buttons on the top right (now they are dark gray)

Currently, you can style these using AppStylist. However, we are considering adding these properties to UltraToolbarsManager. I have created development issue 202924 to track this and I will keep you up to date on the progress of this issue.

We've added new appearances to the UltraToolbarsManager. Added properties to the UltraToolbarsManager class are: CaptionButtonsAppearances, DefaultCaptionButtonsAppearance, and MaximizedMdiChildFormCaptionButtonsAppearances.
