Do you have an example for adding an event handler for mousedown or itemselected for ChildElements in procedural code (vb.net)?
I created a new carousel in code and need events for the childelements dynamically added at runtime. For some reason my addhandler is not working.

which discusses the same issue. In addition I can say that the XamCarouselListBox has SelectionChanged event which you can use. It has been a while since you have made your post, in case you still need of support I will be glad to assist you further.
