Old Product Activation Problem (Ultra Toolbars 5)

Hello,

We are using Ultra Toolbars 5.0 for a product and are having to establish a new development environment. We can not get the Toolbars 5.0 to get a valid license. It tries to connect to Infragistics but always fails. Our key is

1750-0100068-6823510

How do we fix this?

Hi Ed,

You would have to run the installer in order to get the development license on any particular machine.

Hi,

I have run the installer for Ultra Office when trying to put it on a new machine, and the activation wizard keeps running. This wasn't supposed to happen with the installer version that we have. Is there a way to resolve this?

Neil,

The activation server was taken offline many years ago and at that time updated installers were put on the web site that don't rely on the activation server. If you are using Ultra Suite then it is recommended that you download the latest installer from your My Keys and Downloads page and use that to install the product.
