Just purchased the LS controls. Numerous issues, but here are the major ones:
1 - LS' built-in Address Viewer control causes error on the screen and does not load the column: "A column has been added with an empty key. All columns must have a unique key." I use the address viewer control all over my app as i'm sure many people do since it is a built-in control. Please fix this issue. This should be fundamental to a grid replacement for LS' grid. Also, once you hit OK to proceed, if you leave and return to the screen, the LS app crashes with "Object Reference Not Set To An Object".
2 - Display Names are being ignored in favor of the field names at column headers and groupings. This is also a fundamental feature of LS and can't be ignored. Please fix.
3 - The main reason I purchased the grid was for the column-level filtering that is shown on your website screenshots. But I can't find how to make the filter row appear. How do you make the filter row appear?

I was able to reproduce the first two issues you described and I'm looking into them.
For your final question are you referring to the xamGrid control in the NetAdvantage for Silverlight product? That control has a property in it's FilteringSettings called AllowFiltering that you can set to enable the filter row.

bokabunara - Item 1 part 2 "Object Reference Not Set To An Object" had the same problem using the grid with some foreeach code updating all records in the grid. When we left that tab and return, got teh Object Ref error. Added a TRY { }CATCH(Exception){ }. Fixed for now. Would be nice to also be able to disable the refresh when the tab is selected.
Item 2 - Couldn't agree more, this needs to be fixed ASAP. We're headed to production with our LS app mid January, would be nice to have by then.
Some clear instructions on Conditional formatting would be nice also.....

Thank you for bringing it to our attention that the Filter Row feature was listed on the website even though it is not currently available. We have taken the necessary steps to resolve this and have updated the website to reflect the changes.
For the other 2 issues I have logged them both with development. The display name issue has a Development ID of 96703 and the Address Viewer issue has a Development ID of 98620. I have opened case CAS-80407-7F9GJW for you so you can track the status of these development issues. I will also post the resolution to each on this thread when they are resolved.
