Add .net 4.0 nugets to WinForms controls

Infragistics Winforms 2019 v2 contains nugets only for .net core 3.0 and missing support for .net 4.0.

Having net 4.0 nugets will greatly simplify the support of legacy projects, which use Infragistics WinForms components.

Note, WPF nugets do have support for both .net 40 and .net core 3.0.

Hi Jason,

unfortunately neither net core 3.0 nor .net core 3.1 nor .net 5.0 won't solve my problem - we have our projects targeting .net 4.7 framework, so Infragistics update is quite painfull due to missing nugets with net 4.0 target.

Hi Oleksandr - we'll ship .NET Core 3.1 with the 20.1 release. With the varying versions coming from Microsoft, with .NET Core 3.0 being officially end of life, our platforms will be .NET Framework, .NET Core 3.1, and then upcoming .NET 5.0. Those will be the three platforms available in our Nugets.
